Claussen Deer Processing is family owned and operated, and has been in business since 2015. Our staff has a combined 100 years in professional meat cutting and sausage making. If you drop your deer off with us, know it is in good hands.

Although you might have the ability to skin your own deer, why would you? Have our guys do it and save yourself the back ache.
Our standard processing fee includes your choice of cuts, the rest will either be ground, or for an additional charge, turned into sausage!
What puts us above the rest is our sausage. We make Summer Sausage, Jerky, Hot Sticks, and Fresh Sausage in quite a few varieties!
